• You must be 21 to reserve a site. 4 Adults per site included with all rentals. More adults can be added for a fee.
• Please, Remember Your Reservation is for a site that You are staying at with the equipment You have listed. We have limited space at our campground, so knowing what you are bringing is helpful for us to plan where to park everyone.
• Holiday / Event Reservations Are a Three Night Minimum, And non-refundable. For 2026, those dates are 5/21-5/25, 7/2-7/6, 7/30-8/2, 9/3-9/7, 10/15-10/19.
• Rentals are always a two-night minimum.
• We recommend early planning for Event, Holiday, and Peak season times.
• A deposit in the form of Cash, or credit card will be required to reserve.
• A Fee of 3.5% is added to all credit card transactions.
• Rental, Event & Holiday deposit = Half of total stay, To be Completely Paid two weeks in advance of your stay. Off Holiday Tents and RV sites at least half in advance.
• Sites which have been reserved will be held until 11:00 am the day following reservation. At that time the site will be considered vacant, reservation cancelled and the site will be made available for rental.
• First basic change in reservation is free if available, not to include any refunds.
• Valet ATV trailer parking for your under 20′ Total length trailer included with site fee. 2 ATV’s are allowed per site. Additional ATV’s will be an additional charge. Oversize (over 20′ Total length) trailers will incur an additional charges due to our limited space to store them. Please call before bringing more than 2 ATVs and/or trailers over 20′.

 In Consideration of others at our campground, Please notify us (603) 631-5753 if you will be checking in after 7:30 PM. If you are coming in after sunset, please do the minimum amount of set up of your camper in order to go to sleep for the night, then finish your set up in the morning. Please do not unload ATVs after sunset, as the noise from them is extremely disruptive to other guests.

                         Check -In For Tents / RV Sites  2:00 PM-5:00 PM Or 6:00 PM- 7:30 PM.   

Early check in (subject to availability) is 1/2 day rate, and you can check in as early as 10 AM.
